Shuangliang Group held its first-ever innovation conference titled “Smartly Creating the Future with Solar Hydrogen Storage,” introducing a groundbreaking achievement in hydrogen energy production. At the event, the company launched the world’s largest alkaline water electrolyzer, setting a new milestone for hydrogen output and efficiency. The conference attracted over 200 industry experts, scholars, and leaders who gathered to discuss trends in the clean energy sector and drive innovation.

Unveiling the Future of Hydrogen Energy

Shuangliang Group’s new 5000Nm³/h alkaline water electrolyzer is a technological marvel, designed with a focus on performance, quality, and operational efficiency. Jiang Rongfang, Vice Chairman of Shuangliang’s Board of Directors, highlighted the electrolyzer’s impressive specifications: it operates at a maximum current density of 10600A/㎡, consuming just 4.7 kW·h/Nm³ of hydrogen. Even at lower current densities, such as 3000 A/㎡, energy consumption is as low as 3.875 kW·h/Nm³ H₂. The electrolyzer also maintains hydrogen purity with less than 1.50% hydrogen in oxygen, even while operating at 10% load.

"The breakthrough of many key technical indicators demonstrates Shuangliang's strong innovation strength in the field of green electricity hydrogen production equipment, and promotes the technological development of the hydrogen energy industry to a new level," said Jiang Rongfang during the event.

Strengthening Innovation Ecosystem

In addition to the electrolyzer launch, Shuangliang used the conference as a platform to advance its innovation ecosystem. The company announced the formation of the Photovoltaic Hydrogen Storage Ammonia Alcohol Integration and Application Innovation Consortium, which aims to foster collaborative innovation. Furthermore, the company revealed the Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Technology and Equipment, underscoring its commitment to R&D in clean energy.

Shuangliang also entered into a strategic partnership with Grove Hydrogen Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. This partnership marks a crucial step in expanding technological capabilities and promoting clean energy technologies globally.
